DaVinci offers a Web based email system (Webmail) to retrieve your emails while you are away from your home or office computers.

Please note that Webmail is not intended as a long term storage option. If you wish to retain your emails after you cancel your service or switch to another provider, you should download them using a regular POP3 email client (such as Outlook Express). Webmail is still in its beta version. If you experience any problem, please help us fix it and improve the system by letting us know at support@davincieng.com.

What is web based email?

Web based email gives you the ability to send and receive email without the need of an email client (e.g. Outlook Express). The benefits of this include the ability to access your email anywhere as long as you have web access. Ease of use as their is no need to specify all those technical settings and you can access your email on more than one computer without having to configure an email client.

Webmail is automatically activated on every domain on DaVinci's servers. Your domain must resolve if you are to use webmail to retrieve your emails.

How to access Webmail for your domain

Click on the WEBMAIL link (on top of the page) to start using your Webmail account. A new window will be displayed.

Click on ATP mail logo (Vircom is a legacy webmail system offered to our long time customers so then acces their old emails). The following login screen will be displayed:

Enter your email address in the Login box and your mailbox password (the one that your entered when you created the mailbox) in the Password box.

IMPORTANT NOTE : Cookies must be enabled for this script to work. Please refer to your browser documentation to re-enable cookies if they were disabled.
