CREATING A NEW MAILBOX
Click on >>MANAGE
YOUR WEBSITE (on top of the page) to go to the login
screen. Enter your domain name (e.g. mydomain.com) or provided User ID in the User ID box and the administration password in the Password
box. Click .
The Domain administration screen will appear. Click on the MailCentral icon.

Click on the Create Mailbox button.
Type a mailbox name in the Mailbox Name field, and
Type a password for this mailbox in the Password field. NOTE: Mailbox passwords must contain 6 to 10 characters.

Then, press the Continue button. You will be redirected to the Address Management screen.
CHANGING THE PASSWORD OF AN EXISTING MAILBOX
Click on >>MANAGE
YOUR WEBSITE (on top of the page) to go to the login
screen. Enter your domain name (e.g. mydomain.com) or provided User ID in the User ID box and the administration password in the Password
box. Click .
The Domain administration screen will appear. Click on the MailCentral icon.

From the Current Addresses list, find the mailbox that has the password you want to change
and click the Edit link located at the end of the line.
You will be redirected to the Address Management window. Click on the Change Password button.
In the Change Password screen, enter the new password and confirm. Click the Change button to apply the change.
FORWARDING EMAILS TO ANOTHER MAILBOX
Click on >>MANAGE
YOUR WEBSITE (on top of the page) to go to the login
screen. Enter your domain name (e.g. mydomain.com) or provided User ID in the User ID box and the administration password in the Password
box. Click .
The Domain administration screen will appear. Click on the MailCentral icon.

From the Current Addresses list, find the mailbox from which all emails should be forwarded and click the Edit link located at the end of the line.

Expand the Forwards section by clicking on the + button on the righ side of the banner.

Enter the email address of the mailbox that will receive the forwarded message and click the Add button.

It is
possible to forward en email address to more than one mailbox. Repeat the previous step to create a list of mailboxes.
If you no longer want emails to be forwarded to a certain address, remove the address from the list by clicking the check box next to it and clicking the Remove Selected button. You can select more than one address to be deleted.
SETTING THE SPAM FILTER PARAMETERS
Click on >>MANAGE

screen. Enter your domain name (e.g. mydomain.com) or provided User ID in the User ID box and the administration password in the Password
box. Click .
The Domain administration screen will appear. Click on the MailCentral icon.

Click on the Spam Settings link located on the top left corner of the Mail Central
screen, .

NOTE: Spam management settings apply to your entire domain. This means that you can no longer have different settings attached to your mailboxes.

SETTING/REMOVING AN AUTORESPONDER FOR A MAILBOX
Click on >>MANAGE
YOUR WEBSITE (on top of the page) to go to the login
screen. Enter your domain name (e.g. mydomain.com) or provided User ID in the User ID box and the administration password in the Password
box. Click .
The Domain administration screen will appear. Click on the MailCentral icon.

From the Current Addresses list, find the mailbox from which all emails should be forwarded and click the Edit link located at the end of the line.

Scroll down to the Autoresponder section of the Address Management screen.
Enter the message to be sent and click on the Save Autoresponder button. If you wish to remove the Autoresponder, click the Remove Autoresponder button.
DELETING
A MAILBOX
Click on >>MANAGE
YOUR WEBSITE (on top of the page) to go to the login
screen. Enter your domain name (e.g. mydomain.com) or provided User ID in the User ID box and the administration password in the Password
box. Click .
The Domain administration screen will appear. Click on the MailCentral icon.

From the Current Addresses list, find the mailbox you want to delete and click the Delete link located at the end of the line.

Confirm deletion on the next screen. NOTE: Removing this a mailbox will remove any messages in this mailbox. It will also be removed as a destination in other forwards. Removing this address will cause any mail sent to this address to forward to your catch-all address.
